Standout Candidate Experience

PepsiCo’s top priority is to support candidates through an informative and thorough recruitment process. Early Talent Managers kick off the candidate experience by ensuring there are clear job descriptions, so candidates have a solid foundation on the type of role they are applying for. The team coordinates dedicated time for applicants to ask questions about PepsiCo, career growth opportunities and the interview process. PepsiCo also enhances clear lines of communication throughout the interview stage by providing information on the interview schedule, interview tips and timeline. Hires are provided with a robust overview of the onboarding process, key timelines and first day orientation. PepsiCo also utilizes Service Now, onboarding platform, and relocation vendor, Urbanbound, to make sure new hires are well prepared for their first day.
