Peggy spearheaded the strategy behind the diversity and inclusive efforts which was built out with a team. From sourcing to strategic campus and organization partnership to developing a thoughtful and inclusive interview process and programs to support new grads and interns which resulted in an almost even gender class and increase in under-represented minority hiring by more than 3x the previous year.
