Strategic partnerships with organizations WiCyS (Women in Cybersecurity), AfroTech (largest global black in tech conference), and AISES (Indigenous people in STEM conference) and Marcy Lab School (an alternate educational pathway for underrepresented students) further strengthen the pipeline. Palo Alto Networks also hosts virtual information sessions to expand access and educate candidates about opportunities, ensuring transparency and inclusivity. The hiring strategy spans a wide range of educational backgrounds—from bootcamp-style programs, associate degrees, and traditional four-year institutions. Finally, Palo Alto Networks creates an exceptional candidate experience through prep documents, practical interview tips, and collaboration with hiring managers to ensure candidates are well-prepared.

New grads benefit from a robust onboarding experience, access to 10 Employee Network Groups, and professional development resources. Palo Alto Networks offers the year-long LEAP New Grad Program, which helps employees transition from college to career. Within LEAP, the Beyond Barriers pathway provides an opt-in mentorship experience, including year-long mentor matching, kick-off calls, and discussion topic pointers to guide mentors and mentees. Additionally, Early Talent enablement programs and academies deliver tailored training to ensure grads thrive in their roles. Excellence in Internship Programming
