Nicole leads the design, strategy and implementation of Zoom's University Recruiting & Programs Team (focusing on interns, and full-time early talent, and specialized programs). Prior to joining Zoom, Nicole led IBM's Technical Leadership Intern Program and GE Digital's University & Early Talent Programs. She has also held senior roles at Johnson & Johnson, Chegg, and Google. Building global, world-class strategies within Internship and Early Professional Programs from the ground up is a professional passion for Nicole. From a candidate experience standpoint, she aims to provide cutting-edge experiences, as well, and ensures they offer high-touch experiences for anyone interested in Zoom.
Career Highlight
Nicole successfully launched a world-class early-in-careers program for Zoom in less than one year during the early stages of her time with Zoom. Nicole was excited to build a well rounded program from the ground up for a company that is passionate about diversity and developing talent that is new to the workplace, or returning to the workplace. Year one yielded strong outcomes and Nicole looks forward to scaling and focusing on diversity outreach.
