The NBA Summer Internship Program is a highly competitive and prestigious internship opportunity offered by the National Basketball Association (NBA) for undergraduate and graduate students. The program is designed to give students hands-on experience in various aspects of the sports industry, while also offering valuable networking opportunities and insights into the NBA’s business operations, marketing, media, and community engagement efforts. The program is comprised of five important components: brand-driven work experience, intern onboarding, professional development, leadership exposure and community building. NBA interns receive a world-class experience showcasing the breadth and depth of careers throughout the league at multiple levels. Interns are able to learn about the 20+ departments and how they contribute to the global game of basketball and aligned business metrics.
