The Moss Adams team employs an innovative approach to sourcing and recruiting early career talent, focusing on engagement and accessibility. This fall, they introduced short video clips on their events page, guiding students through the recruiting process in an engaging and user-friendly way. The team also expedited recruiting for 2026 interns, ensuring early access to top talent. Virtual info sessions further enhance the process, offering prospective candidates the opportunity to connect with Moss Adams professionals, learn about the firm, and ask questions in an interactive format. This dynamic strategy demonstrates their commitment to creating a streamlined and supportive experience for interns and entry-level hires.

Tech Innovation

Excellence in Tech Innovation

The Moss Adams campus team is hyper-focused on the candidate experience. They recently implemented an FAQ bot to help answer students questions about the firm and the recruiting process. For several years, the team has used technology to guide students from the careers website to the correct posting they are interested in and eligible for. In addition, once someone has applied, AI helps move applicants to the line of business and location where they have expressed interest. This has created efficiency for the team, so recruiters are able to spend more time engaging with applicants and getting to know them, rather than doing non-value added tasks.

Excellence in Candidate Experience

The Moss Adams Campus team competes for talent within a highly competitive market. The team's overall focus is helping to educate students about opportunities and create transparency within the recruiting process. This is achieved by utilizing technology with an FAQ bot, guiding students to a role that aligns with their interests and respond to applicants within 2 weeks of submission. In addition, the Campus Ambassador programs helps connect former interns with peers on campus to hear about the internship experience first-hand. Finally, the team surveys all candidates that receive an offer, to better understand what their experience was and how the team can improve in all areas.

Diversity and inclusion are fundamental to the culture and core values at Moss Adams, driving all aspects of programming. Through initiatives like the Ignite Scholarships, TakeOff! Leadership Program, GPS Operational Internships, and outreach to junior colleges, HBCUs, and HSIs, Moss Adams provide students from diverse backgrounds with education, opportunity, and hands-on experience. The Moss Adams internship program provides an impactful experience that empowers early career talent to thrive and succeed. With a very high conversion rate, interns are immersed in hands-on client work and guided by a buddy and career advisor throughout their journey. They attend a four-day, in-person program in Southern California, where they network with professionals and peers, receive professional skills training, and connect deeply with the Moss Adams culture and values. A strong senior leadership presence, technical and professional training, and meaningful performance feedback help interns feel connected and inspired. This comprehensive experience ensures interns are well-prepared to embrace learning, excel in their roles, and transition seamlessly into future Moss Adams staff.
