The team leverages virtual events to connect with top talent across the country in order to create a diverse pool of candidates, embracing a school-agnostic approach. This ensures a wider reach and inclusivity in sourcing talent. Interactive workshops, hackathons and in-person conferences serve not just as recruitment tools but also as ways to showcase real-world problem-solving, attracting candidates with a knack for innovation. Moody’s has also incorporated technologies such as RippleMatch which helps streamline the recruiting process and casts a wide net to get qualified and diverse candidates through the process quickly and efficiently.

The Early Careers Team at Moody's recognizes the complexities and pressures associated with the job search process for students for both internships and full-time positions. In response, Moody's is committed to ensuring that the application process for early career opportunities is streamlined and user-friendly. Applicants are afforded the convenience of real-time updates on their application status through the profile they created through Moody's ATS, ensuring transparency throughout the process. Moreover, Moody's adopts a tailored approach by facilitating direct communication between recruiters and candidates. Pre-recorded video interviews are not used in the process, thereby offering a more personalized and supportive experience for the candidate. Furthermore, Moody's maintains a policy of limiting the interview process to no more than three rounds for early career positions and frequently employs consolidated interview days (superdays) to expedite the selection process efficiently.

Given the global nature of the internship program, interns in the US can also network with a wider class of interns from around the world.
