Meghan Dreyer Campus Program Manager, Chicago Trading Company
Meghan is the Campus Program Manager at Chicago Trading Company. In her role, she is responsible for planning and managing CTC's internship program and hiring interns and entry-level talent into software engineering and quantitative trading roles. Prior to joining CTC in 2016, Meghan worked at Hitachi Consulting as a campus recruiter. She is passionate about creating a great candidate experience for every student she meets.
Career Highlight
When COVID-19 struck in March 2020, Meghan successfully transitioned CTC’s in-person internship program to be entirely virtual in 2.5 months. With the help of the greater CTC team, the program delivered real, meaningful projects to their 21 interns living across the country, virtual social activities and networking events to build community amongst the internship class, and professional development sessions where students learned all about the collaborative trading and technology teams at CTC. Overall, the program achieved its highest full-time offer conversion rate of 94%.
