Marinna is a Campus Sourcing Recruiter at EY. In her role at EY, Marinna is responsible for identifying top talent across the US for internship and entry-level opportunities, as well as various programs hosted by the firm. Prior to her tenure at EY, Marinna worked as a Staffing Consultant, recruiting accounting and finance professionals for various temporary and temporary-to-hire opportunities. Marinna is also heavily involved in the virtual event space, and is passionate about curating relevant upskilling and candidate education events for prospective candidates.
Career Highlight
"Finding a job can seem like a daunting task, especially when applying to large companies like EY. I frequently heard feedback from Gen Z candidates, requesting more accessible and digestible information about EY and the roles that they might qualify for. Using Gen Z’s feedback, my team and I have been working to improve our candidate education program by implementing several events discussing EY’s service lines, sectors, programs, upskilling opportunities, and more. My goal is to continue supporting Gen Z candidates in their job searches by listening to their feedback and educating them on how to be successful at EY."
