Mara Dibb is a Global Head of TA Programs, Early Careers and Employment Brand at SC Johnson. In their role at SC Johnson, Mara is responsible for Talent Acquisition strategy and leads the global agenda for TA, ensuring they have a "best in class" TA function. Mara defines, designs, improves and scales GTA best practices, processes, tools and capabilities globally. Mara is passionate about driving a dynamic hiring process to be inclusive while showcasing careers at SC Johnson, not just jobs.
Career Highlight
With the War in Talent, Mara focused on ensuring SC Johnson's early careers team felt supported and driving purposefulness into their work. Through this, the early careers team built out two programs focused on inclusion and diversity set to launch May 2022. They were able to seek to impact and change through their own purpose. In addition to new early career strategies with the team, Mara crafted strategy sessions built on professional growth and development. Built on purposefulness and development, Mara is proud to lead at a company that prioritizes people first.
