Makenzie Shearson is a University Relations Manager at Kearney & Company, who oversees a team of two University Relations Recruiters and recruitment strategy at roughly 20 Universities. Prior to their role at Kearney, Makenzie lived in Pittsburgh, PA working for Dick’s Sporting Goods HQ in their Recruiting Department.
