CAREER CATALYST - Gen Z Advocate - Winner - Lori DePace

Lori DePace
Program Manager, Early Careers
Publicis Health

WINNER SPOTLIGHT

Lori is the Program Manager on the Early Careers team at Publicis Health, where she leads campus recruitment, early career talent pipelining and sourcing, and Publicis Health’s award-winning internship program. She’s been working with intern and early career talent for over a decade, helping folks learn what it means to #internwithpurpose. When she’s not on campus talking with the next generation of breakout talent, you can probably find her roaming Main Street in Disney World!

Career Highlight

"Gen Z students have missed out on obtaining certain soft skills and experiences because of the pandemic, by no fault of their own. I recognized that and incorporated an empathetic approach in recruitment events/processes to ensure today’s intern candidates were being held to different standards from pre-pandemic: from coaching colleagues on how to talk with students at events in ways that would encourage them to relax and open up, to providing guidance to hiring managers on how to probe more deeply for the skills they’re trying to hire for, to providing students one-on-one career coaching and resume reviews."

Congratulations to Lori DePace for placing as the winner of the Career Catalyst Award in the category of Gen Z Advocate!
