Lisa Schmidt is a Sr. Director, Campus Recruiting at ADP. For the past eight years, Lisa has managed a team of recruiters across the country, hiring students for internships and full-time opportunities in software development, client service, implementation, finance and human resources. Lisa and her team have been infusing contemporary talent into the fabric of ADP. Prior to ADP, Lisa worked at the Avis Budget Group as a corporate recruiter for 13 years. Lisa is passionate about making a difference in the lives of these young professionals and driving diversity through her team's efforts on campus.
Career Highlight
Under Lisa's leadership, the ADP Campus team has built and nourished development programs from the ground up in IT and HR. The Global Product and Technology Development Program has grown over 300% in six years and the HR Development Program has grown 300% in three years. Through their diversity efforts on campus, in hiring for these programs, the Campus team has significantly increased the number of underrepresented talent hires and female technologists at ADP.
