Lindsey is known for executing the best candidate experience and continually looks for ways to improve and shape the way UnitedHealth Group sources and hires. She is passionate about relationships and how as a whole her team can succeed each year.

Lindsey is proud to share that year after year she and team continue to crush their numbers and meet demand. This past year, the Early Careers Technology Development Program hired 600 Interns and 450 FTE hires in less than 1 full recruiting year. This next recruiting year, that number will double!
