Lauren started at Wellington Management directly after graduating from Iona College with a degree in Marketing. Lauren is passionate about helping students from diverse backgrounds find a career path at the firm.
Career Highlight
Lauren's first project at the firm was the management and creation of the Base Camp Development Program, which is a two-week program for all new campus full-time hires. This program helps new hires easily assimilate into their first jobs and the firm all while providing them a peer support system and key industry knowledge. Over the years, it has grown into a much larger program that continues into the first year of the campus hires tenure.
