Impactful Internship Program

KPMG believes that internships are a critical step in building a successful career. The paid winter and summer internship programs allow students to gain real-world experience interacting with clients and developing business skills. Each intern is paired with a performance manager to define their career development, and all interns receive consistent training, including a week of National Intern Training at KPMG Lakehouse in Orlando. KPMG also offers unique internship experiences, such as the Global Internship Program, which allows interns to explore new cultures and gain international work experience. Additionally, KPMG hosts a leadership speaker series which gives interns the inside scoop on KPMG’s commitment to DEI, innovation, and more. Interns also have access to local office programming, such as welcome events and networking opportunities.
