Excellence in Candidate Experience
At Kerry, the company recognizes that deciding on a first professional role is a significant decision, often involving a move to a different part of the country. The team is committed to ensuring candidates have all the information needed to make the best decision for themselves. Current program participants are actively engaged in speaking with candidates and sharing their experiences. Kerry provides detailed information about housing and the various plant locations. Believing in a high-touch experience, the company supports candidates through one of the biggest transitions by encouraging and facilitating connections with mentors, managers, and peers.

Throughout the summer interns participate in professional development sessions to supplement their on-the-job learning. All interns are also included in networking events and have exposure to the leadership team. The summer experience is a condensed version of the Kerry Leadership Development Program, Interns return to school with new skills and a lot more confidence.
