As the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at WillowTree, Kate Wright leads recruiting strategy from entry-level to the C-Suite. Kate manages the team that delivers the Internship, New Grad, Military Fellowship, and Apprenticeship programs, as a part of leading the digital experience consultancy's TA practice. Prior to joining WillowTree, Kate spent 5 years at MongoDB where she helped grow their campus recruiting program by over 300%. She is passionate about creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive tech workplaces, and her work developing an associate's degree in partnership with Piedmont Virginia Community College is among the most meaningful of her career.

"I am deeply proud to lead WillowTree's Talent Programs team, which has achieved significant growth in both size and scope while maintaining exceptional quality. Our intern program, with an NPS score of 95%, is a testament to the team's hard work and dedication. In the last year, we've expanded our talent programs into Canada, developed a learning and development program for new grads, recruited for three teams that had never previously hosted an intern, built a program for transitioning military service members, and executed the WillowTree for Good early ID event focused on social impact. This is a best-in-class team, and I feel incredibly lucky to work with them."
