The Campus Recruitment team at Kaplan has undergone significant training to understand and appeal to Gen Z. A hybrid recruitment strategy allows agility and innovation to meet students where they are. By focusing on the candidate experience, the recruitment team is able to build a broader and more representative talent pipeline. Kaplan offers virtual and on campus opportunities to network and connect with current employees. A virtual interview structure allows for flexibility, and candidates receive a digital candidate and interview guide that outlines the role and helps them showcase their skills and experience to demonstrate the impact they will make at Kaplan.

Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion

Kaplan is committed to fostering a workplace that celebrates diversity, normalizes equity, and embeds inclusivity. The Campus Recruitment team understands that Gen Z is the most diverse generation. However, that doesn't mean there isn't work to do. Kaplan partners with MSIs across the country to attract a diverse candidate pool. Impactful Internship Program

Kaplan's Internship Program's mission is to support, develop and empower underrepresented talent to be successful in today's corporate world. Interns work remotely within teams across the organization to gain real world business experience, professional development and networking, benefit from career coaching, and receive mentorship. Kaplan's Interns engage and connect with leaders at all levels of the organization, including the CEO (who started as a Kaplan Intern!) The Kapstone Project is the culmination the 10 week program, where interns present their impact and accomplishments to leadership.
