Kallen (He/Him) is a Early Career and Diversity Talent Partner at Viasat. He is responsible for campus recruitment efforts with Minority Serving Institutions such as Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs). He is responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships with current and future partner institutions.
Prior to his current role, he lead diversity initiatives with 8 partner HBCU Doctor of Physical Therapy Programs. His goal is to help companies create inclusive environments where minorities feel they can thrive and have a "seat at the table". He is a Morehouse College Grad.
