Jess is a University Recruiter at SRS Distribution focusing on recruiting high performers for the Internship, Management Training and MBA Leadership Development Programs across all verticals. Jess connects with potential hires through strategic outreach, attending University Career Fairs and fostering relationships with student organizations on campus. Prior to working at SRS, Jess was a Corporate Recruiter for an industrial supply distributor. What Jess loves most about university recruiting is building new relationships and helping to guide new hires in their career path in the building products distribution industry.

Career Highlight

Jess used a combination of sourcing platforms to reach strong candidates in addition to the ones met at University Career Fairs. This led to assisting in the hiring over 100 Management Trainees & Interns in Jess's first year at SRS Distribution. Additionally, Jess spearheaded getting rebranded marketing materials made for the spring career events in 2022. Through local networking, Jess made connections to get materials designed and delivered to both her locally in Ohio and to Corporate in TX.
