Jessica Kiami

Jessica Kiami is an Assistant Manager within ELC’s Global Talent Acquisition team and leads the Lauder Summer Internship Program across brands and functions. Jessica is responsible for the internship campus recruitment strategy, recruitment processes and program management. Jessica and her team aim to support ELC’s commitments to building a diverse work place and supporting entry level careers. Prior to working on ELC’s Internship Program, Jessica recruited for full-time hires within corporate functions. Jessica is incredibly passionate about talent development and recognizes the importance of early careers as we continue to build our future leaders. RippleMatch has been a great partner to Jessica and her team and has contributed to successes of ELC’s interns.

Career Highlight

Jessica and her team established the first-ever fully virtual internship experience during Summer 2020 and hosted a second fully virtual internship experience in Summer 2021. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Jessica and her team pivoted to ensure interns were provided with learnings, engagement activities and speaker series to provide positive candidate experience. The commitment to early talent was recognized through the success of the program. Recently, Jessica built out the first ever hybrid program experience that will run throughout Summer 2022. Leveraging key partnerships and new ways of communicating, the team has continued to rethink and rebuild the summer internship experience while always keeping early talent development top-of-mind.
