Jacobs invests in national engineering conferences such as SWE, SHPE, NSBE, WEFTEC, and TRB to connect with the next generation of engineering leaders. The team coordinates and supports company-wide recruitment efforts at over 50 North American campuses. The GFT Team provides weekly trainings on their ATS-embedded events tool to ensure effective candidate data collection, feedback, and seamless event interactions and follow-up. The ATS also integrates video interviews for streamlined evaluations. Frequent updates, proactive check-ins, and team members’ accessibility ensure candidates feel supported and prepared from application to onboarding.
