Building an Innovative and Multi-Faceted Approach to University Recruiting

Intuit recruits through various methods such as online sourcing platforms, conferences, on-campus events, agnostic virtual campus events, social media, marketing campaigns, competitions, career services and diversity partnerships. Recently, Zoom Fatigue has risen, so Intuit has created more casual events like Music Jams and Festivals for students to relax. Students can then request to go to a breakout room with an Intuit employee and ask questions or submit through the chat feature.

Crafting a Standout Candidate Experience

The university recruiting team at Intuit uses customer obsession to drive their recruiting process. To ensure candidate's have a positive interview experience, the team partners with platforms that allow flexible scheduling. Candidates can schedule their interview at any time of the day. The candidate will also have a phone call with their recruiter prior to their final round interview to discuss what to expect and tips for success. Intuit likes to make hiring decisions quickly, and a candidate will hear back on their offer status within 5 business days of interviewing. Feedback is provided for candidates to improve on future interviews.
