Excellence in Internship Programming

At International, the impactful internship program provides a meaningful and enriching experience for both interns and the organization. As a hybrid program, it focuses on building real-world experience by assigning meaningful work that contributes to interns' learning while making an impact on the organization. In addition to offering opportunities for responsibility and achievement, the program helps interns develop foundational skills through an executive speaker series, skills workshops, a mentorship program, and an inclusive culture. This year, the program culminated in the first Intern Innovation Expo, where interns presented their accomplishments to the leadership team and the employees they collaborated with throughout the summer.
