Hannah started her career as a Management Consultant, but quickly fell in love with campus recruiting. She has experience recruiting experienced professionals, entry-level hires, and interns within the Consulting and Architecture and Interior Design industries. Currently, she is the Director of Campus Recruiting for Credera, a global boutique consulting firm. Hannah is passionate about democratizing the recruiting process, creating streamlined and consistent processes for internal execution, and providing a positive candidate experience for everyone - regardless of their 'fit'. She holds a BBA in Business Management from Texas A&M University.

To Hannah, the proudest moments as a leader of a campus recruiting team have come in the form of others' success. Specifically, the success of her direct reports. There's tremendous opportunity in developing the next generation of campus recruiters - opportunity to model kindness and fairness with every candidate, to inspire creative, new ways of working, and to spark passion. Watching others grow and develop into first-class recruiters (that any student would be lucky to work with) is her most treasured accomplishment. The development of others means that there are better things to come.
