Interns at GF are provided with a immersive experience; interacting with employee resource groups, volunteering, one-on-one mentorship, work assignments prioritizing growth and potential, professional development opportunities, and access to leaders including the CEO during a fireside chat. From the beginning, interns work on meaningful and challenging projects which have direct impact to the business. These projects focus on process improvement, sustainability, waste reduction, or cost productivity. This project isn’t set in-stone as it can evolve over time as the intern learns more during the program. At the end of the program, interns present their projects to the broader GF team, their intern peers as well as Senior Leadership. After successful project completion, interns are often provided full-time offers to launch their career with GF.
