Additionally, they utilize Abode, a pre-hire engagement platform, to connect future intern classes before their start date. Abode fosters interaction among peers, provides a space for completing onboarding tasks, and maintains excitement about joining the firm. Excellence in Candidate Experience
Global Atlantic ensures a positive candidate experience for student job seekers by providing personalized support and engagement throughout the recruitment process. Upon accepting a role, candidates are enrolled in Abode, a pre-hire engagement platform where they can connect with fellow interns and access resources.
