Additionally, they utilize Abode, a pre-hire engagement platform, to connect future intern classes before their start date. Abode fosters interaction among peers, provides a space for completing onboarding tasks, and maintains excitement about joining the firm. Global Atlantic ensures a positive candidate experience for student job seekers by providing personalized support and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
