Excellence in Internship Programming
At FTI Consulting, the intern experience aligns with that of a full-time employee, offering exposure to clients, culture, mentorship, and team collaboration. The internship begins with an in-person orientation, where interns can connect with leaders and peers and engage in sessions to learn more about FTI Consulting. Throughout the program, interns stay engaged through frequent virtual and in-person opportunities. Each intern is paired with a Coach (Mentor) and Orientation Advisor (Peer Mentor) to guide them through daily tasks and long-term goals. The goal is to provide hands-on consulting experience, insight into the firm’s culture, and an understanding of potential career trajectory within the firm. Upon successful completion of the program, interns have potential to receive an offer to return full-time after graduation with over 80% receiving a return offer in the past year.
