In today's competitive talent landscape, EY seeks to build strong engagement and connections with early career talent through utilizing a variety of platforms to attract and source candidates, attend market events, and prioritize candidate education. EY hosts various general information sessions, including interactive programs, to education students on EY's service lines, panels with individuals of all ranks to discuss experience at the firm, coffee chats with recruiters to speak with candidates individually, and conversations with EY leaders.

Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion

EY’s comprehensive inclusive recruiting strategy is focused on differential investments in early ID programming for all students and additional investments focused on ethnicity, gender, LGBTQ+, veterans and students with disabilities. Impactful Internship Program

EY has created a meaningful 5+ week Exceptional Experience program for interns across service lines. Interns join client service teams to work on a diverse slate of projects, participate in social events with their fellow interns, and have frequent opportunities to hear from leaders at the firm about a variety of today's trending topics, including AI. EY's early career start internship, known as Launch, is an immersive, rotational experience that helps to build the foundation of a career in professional services. The internship is engaging, inspiring, and an opportunity to equip the next generation of leaders.
