Excellence in Candidate Experience
The Epsilon Campus Recruiting team puts the candidate experience at the forefront of the hiring process. Epsilon pioneers a high touch process where they partner with the candidates to ensure the role is right for them in their long-term career goals. Epsilon adopts a behavioral interview model to create a conversational interview process designed the candidate to be at ease and learn more about the role they are interviewing for, as well as the company.
