Eleni Argiris is the Campus Recruitment Lead at Arup. In her role at Arup, Eleni’s responsibilities span from managing a team of coordinators and recruiters to leading internal initiatives including a US summer internship program, Canada co-op program, development of HBCU scholarship program, to spearheading the college recruiting strategy and outreach. Prior to their current role, Eleni has grown with Arup throughout her career. She started out as a Talent Acquisition Intern, then became a Recruiting Coordinator, and lastly a Campus Recruiter. Eleni is passionate about building a fair and equitable hiring process that expands our hiring of underrepresented groups.
Career Highlight
Eleni led the creation of an HBCU scholarship within the early careers program. Eleni was excited to develop an opportunity that not only helped support college students financially, but also linked the scholarship to a summer internship that would allow those students to go through a rotational internship program giving them the opportunity to explore different career paths within the AEC industry. Eleni is proud to be a part of a company that prioritizes and is committed to providing learning and career opportunities to underrepresent talent.
