The global early careers team has gone above and beyond in recruiting early career participants using a hybrid and in person recruiting strategy. The team has also been creative with their digital strategies with targeting core schools for a broader reach.

The early careers team has been using technology to engage with students in a more targeted approach. It has allowed CSL Behring to reach students virtually when they are not able to attend events in person.

Candidate experience is extremely important, the early careers team ensures all candidates receive the same experience from the initial screening conversation through the onboarding experience.
