The Global Sales Programs team at CrowdStrike excels at attracting top notch talent from across the United States. Combining both virtual and in-person methodologies, the team is able to connect and make an impression with a wide variety of talent. Some tactics include: hosting resume workshops, interview preparation sessions, and speaking to University classes. The Programs team is able to push past outreach fatigue and truly foster and prioritize the student to company relationship as well as nurture and strengthen the relationship between CrowdStrike and the University.
Impactful Internship Program
CrowdStrike is dedicated to elevating the next generation of talent in the fight against adversaries by creating a world-class internship program with a structured curriculum and engaging environment. Summer Interns spend eight weeks in a competitive and immersive sales program gaining hands-on experience while working side by side with top industry professionals. Interns are assigned sales mentors with multiple points of continuous feedback, and can attend networking opportunities with fellow interns and CrowdStrikers. This experience enables interns to work alongside a diverse and global sales team, participate in development workshops to grow soft and hard skills, and attend Executive Speaker Series / Sales Tech Talks / Cross-departmental Coffee Chats. CrowdStrike’s Sales Internship program is committed to equipping and hiring diverse, early career talent.
