Excellence in Recruitment Strategies
Credera believes in taking a people-first approach to the recruiting process. Even with a large volume of candidates, Credera remains committed to offering a high-touch experience to all candidates. By leveraging tools like RippleMatch, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Calendly to source qualified candidates, the Credera team was able to intentionally and efficiently connect each candidate with a Credera consultant for a one-on-one introductory chat. This cycle, over 300 students engaged in intentional conversations with an alum of their university who was able to provide valuable early career insights and advice. This strategy offered a personalized experience, allowing candidates to network, better understand consulting and Credera’s culture, and feel supported from the very beginning of the process.
Excellence in Tech Innovation
In addition to their Applicant Tracking System, Credera leverages tools like RippleMatch and LinkedIn Recruiter to source qualified candidates, Calendly to schedule ~1,000 interviews in a 6-week timeframe, Gem for CRM and reporting purposes, and AI to improve the interview process. This tech stack enables a lean team of two recruiters to complete tasks efficiently, allowing them to spend more time providing an exceptional candidate experience. This fall, Credera leveraged its internal AI chatbot to decrease interviewer note-taking time by 20%. This tool allowed interviewers to be more present during the interview and spend more time assessing the candidate and less time. transcribing notes, contributing to an overall enhanced interview experience.
Excellence in Candidate Experience
Credera treats their candidates with the same level of intentionality and excellence as with their clients, and the recruitment process demonstrates their commitment to investing in junior talent. Candidates complete informal chats with Credera consultants to better understand the role and culture prior to applying. Their behavioral assessment gives candidates a realistic job preview and provides a strengths / areas of improvement readout, enhancing candidate self-awareness and confidence. Students are notified of next steps no later than 24 hours after each interview, ensuring that candidates feel prioritized and valued. Each student who receives an offer is notified by a Credera leader (either in their practice or market), who also offers time the following week to address questions and share more about the program.
Excellence in Internship Programming
Credera’s internship program immerses students into Credera and the consulting world. The entire firm engages in the planning and execution of the program, leading to a shared vision and positive culture throughout the summer. Interns are treated as full-time employees, staffed on current projects, and gain real-world experience solving complex client challenges alongside other consultants, often working directly with our clients Day 1. They are welcomed into Credera’s dynamic culture through community service opportunities, professional development sessions, Spirit Days, and Credera’s performance management process with their mentors. At the end of the summer, all interns gather at Credera’s headquarters in Dallas, TX for a two-day Leadership Develop Conference designed to provide interns with the resources to be successful in whatever career path they choose.
