Ellen is a Supervising Associate on the Campus Sourcing Team within EY's Talent Attraction and Acquisition team. She has 8 years of progressive experience in campus recruitment, candidate management, and digital sourcing efforts.

Prior to her role at EY, Ellen was a consultant for three years at a Healthcare Consulting company. Ellen has a passion for developing various campus recruiting strategies and mentoring others, both inside and outside her team. Ellen was a nominee of the 'Excellence in Events' category of the 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards.
