CoStar Group’s Campus Recruiting Team creates an exceptional candidate experience for student job seekers by engaging with them in meaningful ways throughout the recruiting process, which continues even after offers have been accepted. The company attends on-campus events to meet students in-person, offering opportunities to connect with business leaders and learn about the real estate industry. Students also hear from recent graduates who share insights into their day-to-day roles. CoStar Group maintains ongoing communication with candidates throughout the school year, fostering a strong connection to the company, as well as a connection to their direct manager and mentor before their internship begins. The CoStar Group campus team implements a robust DE&I strategy. To achieve its diversity and inclusion goals, the team collaborates closely with Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT). As part of the campus recruitment strategy, CoStar Group recruiters partner with identity-based student groups at key PWIs that align with the recruitment cycle. Finally, all in-person and on-campus recruitment events feature diverse representation from CoStar Group employees.

The CoStar Group internship experience is truly exceptional! Interns receive competitive pay and relocation stipends for a seamless transition. They are welcomed with a networking event and a robust calendar of social and professional development activities. The learning and development team hosts specialized sessions to foster early career growth, while the Executive Speaker Series allows interns to connect with C-Suite leaders to gain insights into their career journeys and CoStar Group’s business strategy. Each intern works on a meaningful summer project, presenting their results to leaders and mentors. In 2024, 80% of the company’s 84 summer interns received offers, with 69% accepting full-time roles or return internships.
