The team strives to create a positive candidate experience throughout the process and are very transparent with candidates.

Colas USA realizes that improving the usage of technology will be critical when interviewing, hiring, and on boarding talented individuals into entry level programs. This is done through video interviewing platforms, text messaging capabilities, and are looking at ways to implement AI into the interviewing and on boarding processes.
