Chloe is a University Recruiter on the Early Talent Team at Qualtrics. In her role at Qualtrics, Chloe is responsible for summer internship programming and hiring for a variety of technical roles across Qualtrics' engineering organization. Chloe is a graduate of Western Washington University (BA) and Wake Forest University (MA) and began her recruiting career at Qualtrics three years ago. Chloe is passionate about developing recruiting practices that are radically inclusive & welcoming and that reflect the incredible experiences of belonging she has experienced at Qualtrics!

Chloe contributed to Qualtrics' Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion-informed recruiting strategies with excitement. From making connections with career services offices at HBCUs, to collaborating with organizations like HBCU 20x20, AfroTech, Latinas in Tech, Fairstream, and Ripplematch, Chloe helped the team not only increase the diversity of early talent programs, but also inform inclusive and supportive hiring practices for all who interact and interview with the organization.
