A few ways the team at CarMax creates a positive experience is by providing Case Interview Prep Workshops, sending candidates interview preparation materials (including Q&A sessions during interviews), and providing interview results within 1-2 business days. CarMax also includes opportunities for candidates to virtually meet with company leaders and experience the company culture firsthand.

Interns engage with each other on a regular basis by attending intern-led lunch and learns and events outside of work.
