RippleMatch is thrilled to host our 5th annual Campus Forward Awards. 

Over the past five years, we have recognized early career recruitment teams that rise to the occasion and deliver impactful talent programs for early career individuals no matter the circumstances. Our 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 class of Award Winners have included leading companies with varying program sizes across industries that are investing in standout strategies around recruitment, technology, candidate experience, internships, and D&I.

This year, RippleMatch is celebrating the teams and programs that remain committed to nurturing the next generation of talent, while also leading with innovation and embracing new frontiers within the space. Due to increased competition among Campus Forward Applicants through the years, early career programs can apply to win category awards and the highest scoring programs will win overall awards. 

Award-winning programs are carefully selected based on an assessment of the following criteria, collected through the Campus Forward Award application below.

Pillars of Award-Winning Programs:

  • An unwavering commitment to seeking out and hiring early career talent
  • Investment in crafting a positive candidate experience, through strategic methods or technology
  • An established process to recruit and hire diverse early career talent
  • Demonstrated investment in nurturing and retaining early career talent through excellent internship or new grad programs

Teams & their programs selected as Campus Forward Award Winners will receive the following:

  • National recognition as a 2025 Campus Forward Award Winner, to be announced in January 2025
  • Spotlight page highlighting award(s) received and program accomplishments
  • Media kit with Award badges to integrate into website & materials
  • Invitation to exclusive virtual Award winner networking luncheon

Teams that are interested in being recognized for their accomplishments in early career recruiting should apply through the above application. The application includes short answer and multiple choice selections on candidate experience, innovative recruitment strategies, approach to diversity recruiting, tech innovation, and internship programs. Award-winning programs are carefully selected based on an assessment of these responses in comparison to companies in similar categories. Teams can apply for as many or as few categories as they like.

For the 5th year of our annual Campus Forward Awards, programs can apply to be recognized in the following Award categories: (1) Excellence in Recruitment Strategies (2) Excellence in Tech Innovation (3) Excellence in Candidate Experience (4) Excellence in DE&I (5) Excellence in Internship Programming• (6) Best in Class: Overall Excellence Award (only awarded if you are selected as a winner in each category). You can apply for some or all categories in the following questions – you will be selected based on benchmarking criteria determined by multiple choice and short answer questions.

Yes, you can be selected as a winner in multiple categories! We encourage programs to apply for as many awards as they would like, as they can be selected as a winner in all categories.

Yes! For example: If you would only like to apply for the 'Excellence in Candidate Experience' Award, you are able to do so on the application. However, please keep in mind you are only eligible for the 'Best in Class: Overall Excellence Award' if you apply for all categories.

Early career recruiting programs are eligible to be recognized in the Campus Forward Awards if they hire a minimum of 30 undergrad entry level hires or interns a year in the US

No, there is no cost associated with applying to the Campus Forward Awards, and there is no cost if you are selected as an Award Winner. There will also be no cost to access any associated branding materials if selected as a Campus Forward Award Winner.

The questions asked in the Campus Forward Awards application are focused on candidate experience, recruitment strategies, D&I initiatives, internship, and entry-level programs. To ensure accuracy, teams should collaborate to have a team member submit one set of company-approved responses.

Some security systems block the application technology we use (Typeform). If you are having trouble completing the application, please email awards@ripplematch.com and we will provide you with a document to fill out and email back.

On the application and on this page, there is a link to all of the questions you will need to answer, including a set of multiple choice criteria and short answer. The online application will not save partially through, so it is recommended that you write your application questions out in a separate document prior to submitting, rather than in the form itself.
