The landscape of campus recruitment and early career hiring is constantly shifting – and the teams within it face new challenges each year as a result.  The Campus Forward Awards recognize the teams that rise to the occasion and deliver impactful talent programs for early career individuals no matter the circumstances. Our 2021, 2022, and 2023 class of Award Winners have included leading companies with varying program sizes across industries. This award has always been free to apply for, and has no costs associated with it!

In its 4th Annual Campus Forward Awards, RippleMatch is celebrating the teams and programs that remain committed to nurturing the next generation of talent, while also leading with innovation and embracing new frontiers within the space. Award-winning programs are carefully selected based on an assessment of the following criteria, collected through the Campus Forward Award application below.

Pillars of Award-Winning Programs:

  • An unwavering commitment to seeking out and hiring early career talent
  • Investment in crafting a positive candidate experience, through strategic methods or technology
  • An established process to recruit and hire diverse early career talent
  • Demonstrated investment in nurturing and retaining early career talent through excellent internship or new grad programs

Teams & their programs selected as Campus Forward Award Winners will receive the following:

  • National recognition as a 2024 Campus Forward Award Winner, to be announced in January 2024
  • Spotlight page highlighting team & program accomplishments
  • Media kit with Award badges to integrate into website & materials
  • Invitation to exclusive virtual Award winner networking luncheon

Teams that are interested in being recognized for their accomplishments in early career recruiting should apply through the above application. The application includes short answer and multiple choice selections on candidate experience, innovative recruitment strategies, approach to diversity recruiting, and internship & entry-level programs. Award-winning programs are carefully selected based on an assessment of these responses in comparison to companies in similar categories.

Early career recruiting programs are eligible to be recognized in the Campus Forward Awards if they hire a minimum of 30 undergrad entry level hires or interns a year in the US

No, there is no cost associated with applying to the Campus Forward Awards, and there is no cost if you are selected as an Award Winner. There will also be no cost to access any associated branding materials if selected as a Campus Forward Award Winner.

The questions asked in the Campus Forward Awards application are focused on candidate experience, recruitment strategies, D&I initiatives, internship, and entry-level programs. To ensure accuracy, teams should collaborate to have a team member submit one set of company-approved responses.
