Cailyn is an Early Career Talent Specialist at Trimble and maintains university relations, internship/new grad recruitment, and program management across the US. Cailyn is a 2021 graduate and started as an intern herself with Trimble. She planned Trimble's DEI and University Recruitment efforts with her team as an intern and executed those plans as a full time employee 12 weeks later. In her first year of experience, Cailyn and her team of three attended over 64 events and met 800+ students at career fairs, info sessions and professional development events. Cailyn is passionate about helping students navigate their experiences through college and careers.
Career Highlight
Cailyn has taken on the challenge of improving Trimble's internship program by establishing high-touch campaigns between incoming interns and hiring managers. With over 140 interns joining this summer, she has created events, trainings and onboarding that is inclusive to all interns regardless of their location and/or virtual vs. in-person status. By advocating for more inclusive programming and greater university outreach, she has accelerated Trimble's DEI efforts and opened eyes to a new way of thinking about attracting diverse talent.
