Director, Talent Acquisition

Bryan is the Director and Head of University Relations at Abbott. He is responsible for a global team accountable for the design and delivery of the enterprise strategy to attract and recruit next generation talent. This includes leadership and oversight of all recruitment strategies, building and strengthening early career partnerships with the business and universities, managing intern engagement, and leading a best-in-class University Relations team globally. Having a STEM degree himself, Bryan is passionate about increasing access to opportunities in STEM to the next generation.

Career Highlight

Bryan led the creation and expansion of a new STEM internship program at Abbott. This program has provided diverse teenagers across the U.S. with opportunities in the STEM fields for nearly a decade and is the first high school STEM internship that the American Council on Education (ACE) has recommended for college credit. More than 60% of the students who have participated in the internship since it started in 2012 have come from diverse backgrounds.
