Career Highlight

"With students applying to double the number of jobs than before COVID-19, students are competing against twice as many applicants as before too. Therefore, they are also getting rejected by companies more frequently. I wanted to make sure students felt comfortable reapplying to roles they really wanted. One success story I have is a student who applied and interviewed in person for a role we had in Chicago. Due to the competitive market there, he was not selected. He did reapply to our Columbus location. After talking with the previous interviewers we realized that he deserved another chance. I phone-screened him and moved him forward to a final interview with the team and he earned the role in Columbus! This makes me excited that we are open to getting students in the right role and will interview them multiple times to get them there!"
