Brianna Isles - Nominee for Rising Star Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Brianna serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the SAS Early Career Team. In this role, she is the lead recruiter for SAS’ Diversity Internship program, United in STEM, which focuses on intentional recruitment & creating an inclusive experience for underrepresented students in STEM majors. Brianna is passionate about teaching professional development to underrepresented students and connecting their passions to purpose. Before SAS, Brianna graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in May 2021 with a degree in Management & Society and Interpersonal Communication. Brianna was also a scholar student athlete and Co-Captain of the UNC Track and Field team where she competed for 5 years.

"I am proud to spend the early years of my career working within campus recruitment because it gives me the opportunity to genuinely connect and pay forward the support I received starting my career. I was riddled with anxiety looking for full-time job, and recall the tension in the air during internship season all too well. Being on the other side, I am able to reassure, advocate and relate to the pressures and provide the support and understanding I received. Since joining SAS, I have been able to be an advocate on behalf of so many talented candidates who could have gotten overlooked and set them on the right path for their future.
