That’s why the team is committed to ensuring students have a seamless and rewarding journey, from the moment they submit their application to the first day of their internship. Blue Cross NC prioritizes clear communication by providing regular recruitment timeline updates throughout the application process. Additionally, the team offers tailored mock interviews to help students prepare and feel confident during their interviews. The team also maintains ongoing engagement with interns, checking in frequently to offer support and guidance leading up to the start of their internship.
Excellence in Internship Programming
At Blue Cross NC, interns aren’t coffee runners – they do real, meaningful work that impacts communities and customers. They participate in a 10-week hybrid experience where they receive training from engaged mentors, networking with senior leaders, career and professional development and more. Interns feel empowered to contribute their skills and drive business objectives and present their accomplishments to the enterprise at the end of the summer. Blue Cross NC believes in cultivating a culture of belonging, where people feel connected, protected, and respected.
