Ariana is the Early Talent Program Manager at Kohler Co. While she may be new to Kohler Co., Ariana is not new to the early career space! In her previous positions, Ariana has worked in a variety of different early talent roles supporting different companies such as Harley-Davidson, Rockwell Automation and SC Johnson. She’s passionate about early talent and is looking forward to developing and executing Kohler’s best-in-class diverse programs for interns and co-ops, as well as helping and coaching students as they launch long-term careers.
Career Highlight
Ariana's career highlight is leading a Shanghai Exchange Program! She sent two interns to Shanghai to participate in class/curriculum at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and then prepared the interns for a summer internship at the plant of the her former company. Being able to project manage, adjust when needed, and be the support for the students was a great opportunity.
