Excellence in Early Career Recruitment Strategy
The Arch Early Careers team leverages a hybrid recruitment strategy that integrates targeted campus engagement with virtual outreach. Leveraging data, Arch identified core campuses for intentional onsite engagement. Hiring managers attending additional events at non-core schools were supported with virtual and print resources. Additionally, the Early Careers team hosted virtual sessions throughout fall 2025, including résumé workshops, interview preparation, and role-based information sessions across multiple disciplines and the early identification program, Agents of Transformation. All roles are posted individually, enabling candidates to apply to positions aligned with their skills and interests. Qualified applicants complete a one-way video interview, followed by virtual interview(s) for selected candidates. Participants consistently rate the experience highly, and all candidates receive personalized follow-up to ensure a positive, end to end journey.
Innovation in Action
The Arch Early Careers team leverages RippleMatch, HireVue, Rooster, Beamery, and Handshake to drive efficiency and scalability across all programs. RippleMatch’s matching algorithms help surface high quality candidates, contributing to several 2026 hires. Applicants who meet basic qualifications are invited to complete a SparkHire/HireVue one way video interview, enabling the team to evaluate a larger candidate pool through concise, five question responses. Selected candidates are scheduled through Rooster, which streamlines coordination by aligning candidate and interviewer availability. All job descriptions are reviewed through Arch’s AI tool to ensure clarity, consistency, and a strong candidate experience. Beamery supports monthly communications to incoming Early Careers hires and serves as the central platform for virtual and on campus event tracking. Excellence in Candidate Experience
The Arch Early Careers team centers its recruitment strategy on delivering a strong candidate experience. All roles are posted individually with clearly aligned skills and responsibilities, helping candidates find positions that best match their interests. Candidates selected for interviews receive personalized communication outlining the number of steps and estimated time commitment to help them plan their availability. Managers are coached to conduct no more than two virtual interviews, with no more than two interviewers per conversation, to maintain a positive experience. All candidates receive individualized follow up—email for general updates and phone calls for interviewed candidates. Though disappointed when not selected, candidates consistently express appreciation for the personal outreach. Hired interns also receive monthly newsletters with key updates and program information.
