Zoe A. Weiss is the Head of Campus Recruitment at SMBC. Zoe leads a team of individuals who are responsible for attracting the next generation of talent by promoting SMBC as an employer of choice. With Zoe’s guidance over the past two years, the franchise has successfully brought our campus recruitment efforts and programs to market standard. Prior to joining SMBC, Zoe spent six years at UBS in Human Resources and Wealth Management. Zoe is passionate about junior talent and has spent her eight-year career in both recruitment and program management.

Zoe spearheaded the creation of the Campus Recruitment function at SMBC. She is particularly proud of the team she has built and everything they have accomplished over the span of just two years. The team is constantly evolving – whether that is improving the candidate experience, increasing the pipeline of diverse talent or pivoting to a new way of doing things virtually.
